2011 Rockback Beach Vault is Saturday July 9th 11AM at Ontario Beach Park in Rochester NY

MEET INFORMATION:

Girls with a personal best under 10' will be vaulting in competition 1 runway 1 warm up starting 11AM competition begins Noon. Starting height 6'6"

 Guys with a personal best under 13' will be vaulting in competition 2 runway 2 with a 11AM warm up Noon start. starting height 8'

Girls with a personal best over 10' will warm up 1:00PM and will begin competiton 2:00PM. Starting height 9'

Guy with a personal best over13' will warm up 1:00PM and will begin competition 2:00PM .Starting height 12'

 2011 Beach Vault features 2 raised runways and 2 pole vault pits. Runway 1 is 105 ft and runway 2 is 120 ft.

Beach Vault is USATF Sanctioned event

BEACH VAULT:

In 2010 the Rochester Rockback hosted the 1st sanctioned Beach Pole Vaulting competition in Rochester in over 15 years. With over 55 competitors from across the state our first year was a huge success.

This year we are part of the Monroe County Sports Weekend Event. During this weekend there will be a Beach Bench Press Competition, sand soccer, sand wrestling, volleyball, pickle ball, and more!
